Q: What is your returns/exchange policy?

If for any reason you received a damaged or incorrect product you may return it within 14 days after arrival for a full refund. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any kind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Request a refund via this link.
